Duties and Responsibilities :
 Ensure that a ll operations are carried out in accordance with national safety legislation.
 Correct material -ensure material i s in accordance with drawing WPS and free from damage.
 Weekly updаtеof welding QC Reports
 Review and closure of NCR & LBE.
 Review and preparati on of Two week Look Ahead
 Review of Welding Summary for the clearance of Hydrotest package.
 Review the daily activities of all QC inspectors.
 Closely monitor the performance of welders to be in limit as per project specifications.
 Preparation Procedure Qua lification Record (PQR) .
 Allocation of resources including qualified quality control personnel to the various areas of site
activity.
 Maintained records of all inspection process carried in both hard copies as well as electronic
copy.
 Inspect material and equipment as applicable to ensure compliance with project
requirements and for proper handling, storage and protection at facilities/construction sites.
 Monitor Contractors Quality systems, Records and Quality personnel for compliance with
requirements.
 Re view of inspection and test plan, material verification, WPS, PQR, MTO and all stage of
final inspection.
 Coordinating with respective clients and vendors throughout Inspection process period.
 Review the Purchase Orders and Technical specifications prior to perform Inspection

 To carryout daily fit -up and weld visual inspection, and dimensional inspection acco rding to
the applicable Project specifications, approved drawings and WPS, International codes and
Standards.
 Preparation of status log for NCR, RFI, and Log Book Entries. Check, monitoring of spools
fabrications.
 Responsible for inspection of the proper o rientation for all fabricated pipe with regards to
isometric drawings
 Issuance & verification of punchlist as per approved ISO Drawing.
 Pre -Review and Review of hydro test packages.
 Working knowledge of as a NDT Coordinator.
 Review the RT Films.
 Perform "H old", "Witness" and "Surveillance", inspections and tests at facilities/construction
sites to ensure compliance with Project Specific ations
 Review and evaluate Contractors Quality Document submittals.
 Site work execution
 Monitoring, Recording and Maintaini ng of records of all QC/Welding activities.
 Attending project coordination meetings and responding to assigned tasks.
 Prepare and submit the applicable QC documents/procedures for client & third -party
inspector
 Verify Test Certificates/Physical Check of re ceived Welding Consumab les and consumable
storage
 Monitoring WPS implementation on job by welders on during the surveilla nce time
 Carryout welder surveillance on a daily basis a nd review daily welding reports
 Witness NDT activities and Review NDT Report su ch as PT, MPT.
 Make sure the calibration certificates are valid.
 Monitor the welder rejection Rate and Submit to Saudi Aramco by weekly basis.
 Prepare the completed Weld summary for Hydro test .
